?? about 15x7 8bolts

I just finished doing a search on rims and alot of post talk about 8 inch rims on 33x12-50 tires.
What I would like to know is are 7 inch wide rims to narrow for 33x12.50? I am not worried about clearance or anything I wondering if this size rim will make the tire bulge to much.

A lot of people run 12.50 wide tires on 7" wide wheels. Just have to deal with the accelarated wear in the center of the tire.
