Hi to all:
I've read some topics about conversion to full convertible of a later than 75 Blazer, but I have a doubt about it: Can 1973-75 doors be used?
I mean that I've watched people using windshield frame and hard top from a 73-75 donor, but they just chop the original doors. Why dont they use the 73-75 doors directly? Isn't it easier that way, or It's not possible? They don't fit on later blazers?

they don't make 73-75 doors to my knowledge and almost all the original ones(in this country anyway) that you come across are rusted beyond salvage. do you have access to original 73-75 doors?

Yes, I may get original doors from a 74 one, but I would like to know first if they would fit my 1990 Blazer when I start conversion.

That's a real good question and one I haven't come across since every conversion I've seen cut the doors from the newer tub. Hopefully someone will chime in to help you out

Original 73-75 full convertible doors are just doors from trucks that the factory cut in order to fit the full convertible top (along with adding some braces for the window channel). So any door from 73-91 will work. The only difference is the door panels are not interchangeable - you can look on LMC to see the year differences. The only reason people don’t use 73-75 Blazer doors in their conversion is that decent rust free ones are hard to come by and they’d need to be painted, so it’s much easier to do what the factory did and chop their existing doors to fit.
