Long story short, had a bronco let it go, now I want to get back into some offroading! Decided on a k5 blazer because they already have a solid axle up front, good power to weight, and short. Now I found one on craigslist, it's an 1988 with a ton of miles on it. Has 35's with I guess a 4 inch lift. Do you guys think its a fair price. Supposedly it runs good, he has taken it from Virginia to jersey multiple times, trans and motor have been rebuilt at some point but not at same time. Tires only have about 25% life left in them and he said it might need balljoints. Has some rocker rot and inner wheelwells have holes but overall not too bad. Needs a dash pad too.
I guess I'm to new to post url but go to South Jersey Craigslist and type in k5 35's and it should be second link.

how much?

if it has rot there, check the tailpan, floors, and seatbelt areas too.. notorious spots....

Hard to say without pics...and rot on a K5 can be decieving. What initially doesn't look bad is usually a lot worse than you think. They rot from the inside out, by the time you see it on the outside of the truck it's already bad...

For what it's worth I gave $800 for my 1990 Blazer. 250,000 miles but runs real good. Some rust and dents but not too ugly. Check out Project Sanity for pics. I prefer stock/unmodified when buying something though.

Yes sorry he's asking $2000 The rear floorpan was replaced. He did also replace the window motors regulators etc which I hate to mess with so that's a bonus. I believe the ac even works. He replaced all those components.
