My 93 Chevy fullsize Blazer has four wheel ABS. One wheel sensor on each front wheel and uses the VSS for the rear axle. The symptom is an ABS light activation whenever the truck is moving faster than 15 mph (25 kph). There are no codes in the ABS module (can check them like the TBI ECM by jumpering the ALDL port).
I measured the resistance of each sensor and both are 2.25K ohms. Each sensor generates 1.2V AC when I spin the wheels by hand. There are no shorts or open loop signals. The ABS module is receiving input from the brake pedal and from the DRAC for the rear wheel speed. The ABS fuse is good, and the module has a solid ground.
Can anyone think of what else to check? I'd just replace the ABS sensors but apparently they are no longer available OEM or aftermarket...
