Hope not too many guys are abusing their beautiful trucks like this.LOL.I just had to got out and throw down and check out the new front axle.Had a great time, along with doing double duty as extricator for the smaller rigs.Didn't just run the mud, either.Flexed it out as much as possible to double check the length of the new front shaft.
Gearing up with tools, panels etc...so after next season I can repair the floorboards, quarter panels and get a new tailgate, front grill and other goodies. After that I'll be much more reluctant to toss her around in the mud.You just can't get that crap out of every crevice and gap of your body and it sucks just thinking about what it's doing to that metal. -Allen

thats noit abuse.... thats use.....

have guys ever seen my rig tackle a shopping mall speed bump? it's killer. And i never have to wash it when i'm done. And sometime i do it without locking the hubs.

I want to do wheel it so bad, but i just can't seem to get enough guts to. I go in my z71 without hesitation, but i have so much money tied up in my POS 1st gen i just cant do it.

 to those that can, thats what there for.

I love wheeling it-it's just that the mud is so much fun and it does the most damage,I think:crazy: .I'd rather rash it on rocks and trees cause I know the mud is eating it up from the inside. That, and the salt air here on the beach.Nice rigs you guys have! -Allen

Hey Destinbeachman, I'm still amazed at how nice a fit you got on your soft top. Do you know that in a previous tread your rig was basically set as the gold standard for a nice soft top fit?

Wow

thats the best looking straight 6 ever? is it a 235? i had a few old 40 chevy trucks with the splash oiling 216's they were tuff engines!
