AC compressor 9 O'clock vs 12 O'clock coil ?

So im about to buy new ac components so I can be up and working for the summer, looking on rock auto i
I am seeing 2 options for my truck (87 Jimmy 5.7 TBI) either a 9 O'clock coil or a 12 O'clock coil. Whats the difference between the 2 and which one would be correct for my truck ?

Its the orientation of the plug connector. Mine was a 12 o'clock, plug right on top.
