ac delco platinum plugs??

Its time to change plugs and i was wondering what ppl think of platinum plugs and if theres any performance gains?
also the cross referance for an r44t or r45ts

Yup. Waste of money in a SBC V8 IMHO. Unless it is a newer V8 which specs platinium.
