Instead of re-typing everything,,,here's a link, to a supposed AC tech site,,,so far not much help,,,hmmm, maybe i have them baffled as well

Read through it, and give me some ideas,,,am i forgetting something? did i do something wrong?

I have never had this much of a problem with charging the system as this...

Guess i have everybody stumped on this one huh?

I suppose i will just replace the compressor,,,maybe something internally is messed up with it,,,i dunno :(

Is it possible to be pumping the refrigerant in the wrong direction? Is the condensor cool?

Was there metal on the original orifice tube? If so, then you need a compressor. Are you pulling a vacum with an electric vacum pump or an air powered one?

Electric vacuum, for quite awhile, dissconnect, and holds vacuum.

No metal in the original O-Tube, is it possible to get a bad one? from new?

ok... lets rewind.... you vacuumed the system, and held it... at what pressure and for how long, and what was the ambient temp when you did that?
