Anyone try one of there air filters(cool blue)? They are only like $45 but im not sure if that includes a base but I think it might I was just wondering if they were like K&N and lets the fine dust in

K&Ns let fine dust in??
I live in a very dusty place and as long as it is properly oiled my K&N works fine. My TB bore is always clean.
It works way better than a paper element.
