I have never seen these tires before and there are very few reviews on the net. I have a 77 GMC Jimmy, SBC 400, TH350, NP203, 3.73 gears and currently have 315 75 16 Cooper Discoverer tires. The 400 is putting out around 415 to 425 HP. I bought the Coopers used and have done me well so far but they are now cracked all over and I dont want to risk a blowout. I work in a sand and gravel pit so I spend a lot of time in sandy gravel beds and in the red clay of Northern Cali. Anyone heard anything about these tires? At $210 for a 35" tire, they are very reasonable and I might put 5k miles on he Jimmy a year.

By visuals only, I can imagine the gravel coule lead to alot of chunking. This is the last tire I think I would choose for a slow speed sand gravel use.

I went ahead and got them. Yes they howl down the road but it makes me smile and my glasspacks and my stereo are louder so whatever...

Traction wise so far is impressive. These tires hook up. Period. I havent tried them in deep mud yet, but in gravel and sand, they do better than my Coopers. Balancing them took a bit. 9 oz on most. 19 oz on one and that became my spare. the cost for 5 delivered was $1161 to my door. Mounting and balancing at Les Slob was $251. I about had a stroke but no one else was open or wouldn't mount 35" tires.

I will report back with updates as I get into different terrain.

So far, thumbs up.

Maaaaannnnn I always wanted a 77 russet metallic and white blazer. That thing looks to be pretty straight too. Looks good.

Thanks. We are the 2nd owners and as far as I can tell, its never been in a serious wreck. The right front fender has been replaced but I have not seen any evidence of bondo.

I bought these tires a while back. Have 35s on one CUCV and 37 on the other one. Not finding pic of 35s , this is the 37s. Tires pull well in Kentucky mud and woods.
