Whats up with add aleafs I never hear about them. I see some for 70 for the rear and 70 for the front thats only $140. I only want 2 inches of lift. So it seems like a good thing. I dont do really much off roading just looking to be able to clear 33s I got 32s with the stock suspension. Are they reliable to give me the same amount of hieght? They say 1.5 to 2.5 I dont want one side 1.5 and the other 2.5 you know. Whats up with the variable hieghts?

I put add-a-leafs on the rear of my K5 and it lifted it about 2". I've never had them on the front, but I doubt you would gain that much with the added weight up there. It definately stiffened up the ride, but that doesn't matter much to me. It was a cheap fix for tire clearance.

They'll get a couple of inches of lift but they really stiffen up your ride and kill flex. If you can afford springs or re arching your springs , do it. Stiff rides get old fast!

Yeah they get the same lift on both sides but hey can't gurantee what lift it will be since you are putting them in your spring which could be old saggy 5 leaves 6 7 or even 9 leaves.
If you don't mind a stiff ride like the others said then it's a good way to get clearance.
I have them on a truck I bought, it was like that, doesn't ride worse than my blazer with 1 ton springs :D
