add-a-leaves shipping?

i'm about ready to order my a-a-ls and u-bolts, how long would they take to get to 89110? and how much would shipping be on 2 sets of leaves and a full set of u-bolts front and rear?

Don't have the right software right here to look up the exact shipping to send to you but I'm guessing 89110 is pretty close to us, maybe Utah? Shipping guess is about 3 business days and roughly $14.00.
