Brought home a 1995 K1500 2 door Tahoe last week. It has the 6.5L turbo diesel, 4L80E, and 3.42 gears. I haven't crawled underneath to check which TC it has yet. It's a totally awesome vehicle. It has all the bells and whistles, leather interior, factory CD player, etc. etc. It's a really nice luxury vehicle!

The best part: it's my wife's new daily driver. She's selling her '98 Dodge Neon. Do I have a great wife or what? :D I can't believe she's willing to drive a diesel. But after a few minutes behind the wheel, she fell in love with it. It's so much more of a vehicle than the Neon. You can't even tell it's a diesel when driving down the road....it's very, very quiet inside. The Neon's been very dependable, but it's just too small.

So once the Neon's sold, we'll be a 100% diesel family! Whoo hoo!

On a side note, I've already had to replace the FSD on the electronic 6.5L, but it's well worth it, it's such a nice driving vehicle.

How much did you pay for this one?
I actually am looking for the 94 Blazer, that was the last Blazer full size and the only one with the 6.5 TD.
The 93 had the NA 6.5l
;)

I paid $4950 for this vehicle, and it's in mint condition! It does have 165K on the clock, but it runs like a champ, and doesn't smoke. Body's nearly perfect, not worn at all, no rattles or anything at all to give away the miles. Carfax showed it was a one owner for the first 156K miles, and GM service history showed just a couple of minor repairs. I really like it.

I know where there's a '94 Blazer 6.5L for sale for only $2800. Has high miles though (254K), located in NJ.
