added new accessories to fuse box

If I hook up to the ACC in the fuse box would this line be protected with a fuse?

I would say no. Looks like you would need an inline fuse for what ever you are adding.

I think they make glass fuses with a pigtail hanging off them like they do blade fuses.

Later panels "ACC" slots are protected with a 30A circuit breaker, looks like what is in the upper right of that panel. Worthless if you need 5A protection or whatever.
