Looks like a decent setup. My dash is already hacked but my head unit died. So I'm going to need a new one anyway. I was thinking get a unit with a 3.5 and Bluetooth. Since everything is going the way of Bluetooth only output it would be good to have. Having the stock radio looks like it would be nice to have if someone hadn't already cut up My dash. I have 2 8 inch combo speakers I'm going to wire in with a 100 watt amp. I don't have any side panels in the back but the speaker boxes I have fit perfect between the wheel wells and roll bar. I will more than likely just use some steel straps to just hard mount the boxes around the rollbar so they can't move.
