adjuster screw removal from sector shaft?

AFAIK the screw cannot be removed from the sector shaft and re-used.

What is your problem?
I FUBAR-ed the adjusting screw and was hoping I could just install a new one without getting a whole new sector shaft. FUBAR-ed the top cover too. 
I was in too much of a hurry and rushed backwards about a week. 
The irony is that I was taking the top cover off to send to JKW to get it tapped because I was afraid I'd screw it up.
Anybody have an extra 2WD steering box lying around.

Just drill and tap it yourself. The top cover is pretty thin though and people have had them explode on them. You won't screw up drilling and tapping but you could crack the cover if you try to tighten the fitting too tight when installing it so just be careful about that and you'll be fine.
