Any way to adjust the throttle cable on a TBI setup? I swapped the Holley out for a stock setup, but had to leave the spacer in so the fuel lines and connectores would clear the top of the intake. But now my cable is about a 1/8 inch too short and the engine cant idle below 1500 rpm's. If I take the cable off, it idles about 800 rpms so I know its a cable issue.

I've tried bending the bracket but can only get so much movement before it deflects the cable downward and starts to shorten the cable again. I am going to take it off and try tweeking more, but if the cable can be adjusted, it might be less work than modifying the bracket.

I had simmilar issues, but found success in bending the bracket. Just keep working it. You have to do 2 bends, one forward on the lower part of the bracket and then staraighten the top part. You could also shim the bracket up from the manifold.
