I have a D60 that I'm going to try and sell locally but it's incomplete so I'm unsure how much to ask for it.

Here's a list of what do I have -

* Chevy D60 housing with knuckles & stock cover
* spindles
* dually bearing hubs & good rotors
* caliper brackets
* 4.10's w/ open carrier >> unassembled

I do NOT have -

* axle shafts (inner or outer)
* top knuckle caps or lower king pins
* locking hubs
* calipers
* yoke

The average going rate for a complete D60 in my area is $1000~$1200 complete. I was considering $650 as an asking price - fair?

That would probably go for like $200-$300 around here. I would ask 500 considering what you say they go for in your area.

I'm always amazed at how "cheap" 60's go for in the northeast. :eek1:

i parted out a axle 1 time had bad gears.

got 300 for bare housing .

got around 70 for open diff.

got 100-125 for both inner shafts.

drw hubs not to good to sell unless someone wants to machine down to srw for offroad use. or run h1 rims on truck with out recenter.

seen knuckles go for 75-150 a pair for gm .

would be a good starting point for axle build tho.
