after market ditributor questions

so my k5 is in need of a tune up desperatly, for the cap and rotor im lost though, the distributor is an accel super hei, now i know on a stock distributor you change the cap and rotor, but is that the same with the aftermarket units.

Yep Cap, rotor, wires, plugs you know the deal.
Only difference here is the coil is mounted on the dizzy cap.
