Audivox sells them, they used to have a great one CCS-100 that had 98 reviews on Amazon.com and seemed easy to install, but it appears to have been replaced with a newer one that is less tested.
There are a couple in the JC whitney catalog as well.

Why not retrofit a factory one? That would seem to me to be the best solution.....

If anyone knows of a good supplier for the factory parts I would do it, mine originally had cruise (not working) and I ripped it all out when I replaced the engine. Now I wish I would've kept the parts.
I bet you could get it off a truck at a parts yard. Seems like most of the parts would be pretty universal in our trucks.
