Half of the mounting tabs are broken off mine, putting my junk back together and wouldn't be against buying a new one. Tell me about the good bad and ugly experience yall have. Pics are a bonus.

I’m using a billet one from Amazon and it fits alright. I’ve been really digging these custom ones though from this guy. Would love to pick one up eventually.

Thanks for the tag!

We have our Grille AF line that has 71-72 & 77-79 Chevy style grilles - these are premium aluminum grilles that are TIG welded together and are engineered to match the stock grilles as closely as possible.

We will have a 73-74 style Grille AF launching soon (look for it at SEMA on Tre5 Customs blue & white dually)

We are starting design on the 85-87 style Chevy grilles next.

Looking at your 71-72, there is one pic without the bow tie. Looks like it would work great on a 69 (hood mounted bow tie).

@Engineered Vintage if you need a ginnea pig for ‘85-87, I’m your man!

Do you/ can you do one off grills? Say for example if wanted 73/74 style grill on a 85-87

:) we are looking at 85-87 style grilles.

I'm sorry - but we don't do custom grilles. There is a lot engineering, time, etc into these to get them just right. It would be tough to reach the right value proposition for us and you to make a one-off grille.

It’s a nice piece but at that price I’d have to hang it on the wall in the living room, I’d be afraid to drive around with it on the truck

@Engineered Vintage will there be metal headlight bezels to go with the grill? Thinking the stock plastic bezels will look out of place with a nice grill. Thinking out-loud here, as I plan the look i’m going for on my truck

We are looking at grille and bezels for 85-87 style (it will be stacked headlight version) Grille is priority, but we have some ideas for bezels also :)
