Aftermarket Heaters

I’m looking into the easiest way to get heat in my blazer. I don’t have any factory ac/heat in my rig. I’m not able physically to do much right now (crawl around under the hood) but it’s getting cold af where I’m at. Anyone run the summit heater or have any alternate suggestions?
