Aftermarket mirrors

I'd like to go with an aftermarket mirror and would like to see what other members have come up with. I've got a set of 03-08 Dodge Ram power, heated, fold out towing mirrors. I'm thinking of some way to mount these to my doors.

You could start with the goofy bracket the used on 90 and 91 burb's and blazers that had GM power mirrors. Woudl give you a mounting point at the right height
