Aftermarket Steering Wheel - Detachable

Hey guys,

Thinking about swapping my factory steering wheel out with a detachable one. Has anyone here done one? Any recommendations on adapters? I’m looking at a steering wheel with 6 bolt pattern.

It’s for my 1990 K5.

I did Grant on mine, with their adapter. Super easy.

Sweet! Do you remember which Grant kit you went with? Does it keep the horn?

I think it was the 3001 kit..... I didn't keep the horn in mine cause it's a strictly a wheeler.

Yep just did it. Used nrg stuff. I even have part numbers for ya. Hub, adapter, wheel. It is quick release flavor also.
