AGR steering box....thoughts?

exactly as it says, anyone running one? what makes those things so damn expensive?....im just thinking of going to the local yard and see what i can come up with...thoughts?

They do a good job with valving. Other than marketing, I've no idea what makes them that much more expensive.

does anyone know if a 3/4 box is the same as a 1/2 ton box?

Stay far away from AGR. Yes 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton all use the same steering box.

use a psc box. ive used many on various projects with no problems or leaks i have a agr box here in the shop off of a street pounder jeep its worn out with less than 1500 miles
