My 1990 4.3L S10 Blazer now has a new clutch kit, new slave and new master and we cannot get the darn thing to bleed. Even tried a vac pump. Any suggestions? I am ready to haul out the K5 and run it over, but I drive the s10 back and forth to work 10 days in a row on the highway, which the K5 cant do.

Is it an external slave cylinder? If so, I have better luck pumping the slave cylinder to get them to bleed.

As stated above. Make sure the slave is pushed in manually with the bleeder open. The clutch fork does not push the slave all the way in.

Push the slave in with the bleeder closed too. This will help get the air out of the line. My '91 was a b!tch to get bled... stupid line that goes up and over the distributor:mad:

Even with the bleeder screw closed, pump the slave cylinder by hand several times. You will be surprised how good of a job that does on bleeding a clutch. Not sure if it works as good on an S10, but it works great on SM465 hydraulic clutches.

I was more replying to this than your post.

I didn't know if a 1990 S10 was still using an external slave (I assumed it was, my 1987 S10 Blazer did with its T5). I told a guy I work with to do it this way on his 1995 Sonoma, and he was confused. I looked under his truck to show him, and saw that it had an internal slave cylinder, and was not using a T5. I know a 1990 Camaro is still using a T5 and an external slave, but I was not positive on the S10 of that year.
