Air Compressor Updates

Was doing a few updates on the ole air compressor, changing the oil, etc. and decided instead of replacing the original air filter, to add one with a little more style.

The housing is a late 50s/early 60s GM.

Probably going to update the lines through the filters with Earls stainless braided.
 
The line from the compressor to the tank needs to be a hard line or a line specifically for an air compressor because of the heat it will see. On a semi that line if its flex has a special liner material that can take the heat from the compressor

Yeah, it came like that new. I'll probably leave that be, although I've seen people put an intercooler in there or a lot of line to dissipate heat.
