So I am missing the passenger side piece that goes from the supply to the vent on the right side of the cab. Is there any way that I can fab a piece to in there or is it more advantageous to find a duct. Any one have one that would be looking to sell? I got the system all charged and fixed up. Now I have moved on to the inside of the cab. Its a mess under the dash.

I guess why I am asking questions is there a way to make the actuators that open and close the door to move faster? Right now they open and close but are slow as all get out.

Shoot is it really? I thought it might be something like that being that the peice that is still there is round. Score I guess i just have to figure out how to attach it to the vent housing.

SS clamps, Zip ties, Duct tape. The original would droop down and get hung up when you opened the glove box so make sure you secure it to the top side of the dash.

I got some of that super wide gorilla tape to try and seal the ducting up that runs behind the cluster. Im going ot try and clean all of the birds nest wireing that the PO left back there. I need some new guages in there any ways as a couple are frozen and dont move.

That gorilla tape should work, or at home depot where you can get the dryer/vent ducting they also sell duct tape (the silver stuff for hvac purposes). That tape is freakin ridiculously sticky and will last a long time.

Went to the pick and pull and got the vent adapter for the passenger side vent as well as some vynal dryer duct. Should work perfect back there. Also picked up some of that neoprene foam seal stuff that you put on window units to replace the brittle crumbling black foam around the vents. I will have cold air in my face dammit.

Hey Kat hows the blazer coming? I pulled out my old instrument cluster and still have some of the pieces . Id love to come by and check out your new blazer some day . Let me know what parts/guages items you might need.

If you oil pressure and volt meter are still in working order I want them in a bad way. Lemme know.

I cant guarantee that they are good , they have been in storage almost 2 years now . but I believe they worked when pulled. I can test the volt meter but not sure how to bench test the oil pressure guage. I think it is 4-20 mA but i have no way of supplying that on my work bench. Also how is your bezel lens? I have one i ordered from LMC 2 years ago , and decided to put in the dakota digital instead. still in the plastic.

I pulled one from the junk yard the other day while I was out there. BTW northwest auto salvage has 3 subs and a few trucks out there that are mostly complete less motors. There is a D60 rear on one of the trucks for sure with the external hubs. Not sure if thats FF or SF.

I have a 14FF rear already in stalled and geared . thanks Well I have the new lens and both guages if you want them.
