I am needing some help in identifing the type of fitting that I need to purchase to allow me to use the rear ac system. At the present time I have the front only operational. If I am driving for more then 15 minutes it has a good amount of the humidity removed from the interior, but I would like to be able to use the rear ac as well to accelerate the progress. I weld and fabricate all day long in Indiana, with the temperature now holding well above the 85 degree mark daily and the humidity almost maxed out all of the time, and it doesn't look like its going to back down for the next 2 months at least.

I have been having second thoughts about purchasing a crimper just to make two 20 foot long hoses. I have access to a crimper and additional plates and crimper feet are just a phone call away. I just would hate to spend $600 when I can make better use of that money toward other areas of the vehicle.

I posted this http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2941582&posted=1#post2941582 in the suburban specific area thinking that the jimmy, blazer and pu guys and girls wouldn't need to worry about this type of repair or refurb, thinking that those vehicles don't have the rear ac units from the factory. Then I started to think that the garage gets a hell of a lot more traffic then the burban page. If you can help great, if not I guess I'm on my own again.

Thanks for your time and patients,

Bob
