Does any one have a good condition air dam kicking around in their garage? I need one with the cutouts for factory tow hooks for an 89 V3500.

You mean the valance?
I've got a brand spanking new one, but the notches need to be cut out. I've done this to a used one before with a new sharp blade on a contractors knife. Works fine.
Let's see if you can find a valance somewhere closer to you as it may be cheaper in the long run.
