There is a rubber tube coming out of my air filter and I just don’t remember seeing it and can someone tell me if this is normal or if I should reattach it to something?? it’s so difficult to find any diagrams on the Internet !! blazer is running fine after putting some high octane gas back into it :) I really enjoy driving in the fall. Thanks community.!

@RaisedK5 is correct that tube is part of the hot air intake.
You see the round vacuum diaphragm on th snorkel ? That is suppose to have 1.5" tub to the passenger exhaust manifold. This system purpose is to supply hot air to a cold engine, for faster warm ups.
I can see in your pics the tub is not bening used. You don't need to connect that vacuum line. Make sure no vacuum ports on carb are open, cap them off if needed.
