For those that have sprayed a bedliner interior, how much material did it take? I have one gallons of Al’s and just wondering if that’ll be enough to get the whole inside and up the bedside. I also want to run it along the door jambs.

I think I used 2 gallons on mine. If you can keep the air pressure up, it will help keep the texture finer so it covers a bit better.

That shouldn’t be a problem. I’m going to have to use two compressors in order to run the gun so hopefully that’ll give me plenty of air.

I know I used about a gallon and a half on the underside but that was rolled on and some was wasted due to it’s super short pot life

If you use the gun that it comes with, put an air shutoff on it, otherwise it flows air through the gun the entire time even if you aren’t spraying it and you lose a lot of pressure that way.

Took me almost a whole gallon to do a single cab interior. Very happy how it came out. I found the big gun a pain to maneuver around so think about where you want to spray first and how you will move the gun around in the tight spaces.

Yea, the gun is heavy and the liner wants to spill out of you tip it. I’d try and use one of those undercoating guns that sucks the paint out of a container instead of the hopper sprayer they give you.

Mine took 2 gallons but I rolled it on thick, got pics in my build page, and I used Al's liner as well. Its held up pretty dang good.
