Its a kingpin D60 and tires are 385/70/16 mud grapplers.

Anyways the front tires are brand new and wearing really quickly on the outside edges as if they are feathering in towards the center. Also when trying to turn sharply there is a lot of binding. So much that it slows the truck right down while trying to park in flat parking lot and have to ride the clutch.

sounds like a you're toe'd in to me :dunno: if its wearing on the outside edge. You can rough it in with a tape measure, and you adjust the tierod sleeve on the axle.

with a helper and a tape, works great on a straight axle. lift front off ground make a mark in the middle of tire tread. measure your distance in front, then rotate tire too rear and measure again using same mark. one eight close is what your after ,repeat until you get it.

I was thinking toe too and will check it as soon as I get a chance. Just wasn't sure if those were dead give away signs of too much toe or something else. Thanks

I'm not the OP, but another question along the same lines.

My truck drives flawlessly. Toe is set with two 4' levels, so it's 48" between measurements. I'm at 3/16" toe in. (~38" tires)

I'm getting slight staggering in the inside half, not sure if it's called feathering, but each tread block is not flush to the next.

Is this camber or maybe shocks? New bilstiens but it's a heavy D60. Not sure if I'm getting bounce on the freeway or not. I have spindle shims in now and think I'm pretty damn close but could have screwed up something lol

If I understand your description right, it is called 'cupping'. The tread goes hi-lo-hi-lo-etc. It is mainly caused by bouncy suspensions (soft shocks), and unfortunately, once a tire starts, you can't get it out. You can still balance them or whatever, but they can ride rough at lower speeds and will be loud as all heck.
