Hey, i am here with a 78 blazer...4 or 5 inch lift don't know what tires...i am wondering is it bigger tires faster you go or slower you go? i don't have a computer to reset the mph someone help

If you put on larger tires and change nothing else - the truck will be going faster that the speedometer shows.

Yeah, it helps. Fan shroud helps to pull air through the radiator to cool the engine.

A buddy of mine put a body lift on his 2000 z71 and the fan shroud had to be modified. Before he fixed it, the truck ran fine on the highway but the temp. would climb when muddin. He would have to shut it down and watch until it cooled off.

you can get new speedo drive gears for the tranny they are simple to change and pretty cheap. some site's have a speedo gear calculator so you can get the right gears. may not be spot on accurate but it gets you dang close within a MPH or 2.

My battery keeps dieing..i['m not totaly sure its the alternataror but i can drive for like 15 mins then its dead no juice...how hard is it to change the alt?

loosen the bolts that hold it in and move it, which will loosen the belt and then loosen the wires in the back and should come right out.
