Well ive come to a final decision, i hate ground hawgs. So this summer ill be buying 38.5-39.5 TSL's or Iroks possibly even a 42 if i can fit em. What do you guys think? Im running 6" superlift springs in the front, with an ord shackle flip and 3" TC springs in the rear. Ill also be moving the front axle 1.5-2"s forward and the rear axle backward about the same distance. Anyway here are the pics.....

I cut about 4 inches off of the bottom of the very front of the front fender if that makes any sence

Then i took an addition 2 inches off of what i had already cut from the rear of the front fenders....

And then i took off about half a foot lol or something like that off of the bottom of the rear quarters

PS what size GH are on it now... considering if you can afford gears id go with the 42 or 44s... whats another couple inches of cutting ?

Ive already got 4.56's so ill be ok in the department.. i cant really go much lower because i still drive this thing to the trails and no matter where i go its interstate no matter what lol.

The hawgs are 36x14.5s and they are nearly new, they have less then 300 miles on them lol, i just dont like em lol. The sidewalls are garbage,and they suck for any and everything other then mud lol.

I have no problem hacking more off lol, its already ugly might aswell just add to it. But because i still have to drive it i cant go to big otherwise itll just be a gutless pile of **** lol.

Thats true but man, thats gonna kill me going to the trails lol. When i sell my camaro and get a truck ill get some lower gears and a trailer. But for the time being i dont run much but mud and 3+ or 4 rated trails nothing to hardcore ( im to young to join the local club lol ) so i cant do much.

I'd agree if you run an overdrive...without an overdrive the motor is turning ~2500 rpm with 4.56's and 39.5's (@ 65 ish) Well within the range IMO.

Im running a th350 so no overdrive for me. And right now 65 with the 36's is 2600 rpm im not even sure if its 65 i might actually be going slower...everyone blows by me and the speed limit is 65 on the interstate here so i dunno. Maybe the lager diameter would help some but 5.13s are pretty deep.

I run an SM465, 4,56's and 39.5's and at 65 my motor is turning ~2500 rpm...

Your combo would be turning 2700 rpm at 60 mph.

yea that seems right. With 42's would it still be able to flex to its full potential? It just seems like id have to do way to much cutting for them to even move in the fenders lol.

6-7" of lift and 42's is more than possible. Watson's truck is at approx 7", Blk87K5's old K5 was running 6" Alcan's and 42's.

I'd remove more of the front fender along the arch, stick with the plan to move the diff forward 1.5" and the rear back 1.5" and you should be good. I run 40's on a pretty sagged 4" lift plus a 1" body lift. Lift wise it sits about 1/2" lower than my buddy's truck with a newer 4" lift kit on it.

Rene, alright i might just have to go for 42's then, cant go wrong with going bigger. I do need to remove the arch, i ran out of cutting disks for my grinder today so i never got around to it lol. Thanks for the tips and compliments guys, looks like ill be getting some 42s this summer

There is no such thing as a tire that doesn't fit. It just means you haven't trimmed enough.

How big of a lift are you running on the pickle? I see you have 39s
