Where is the spare??? Really dimwhit question but there isn't even a bolt on the inside of the back to hold one and a gas tank under it and no evidence of a rack on the back and these huge tire are hard to hide...so where is it?? (an 86 K5)..Now if it ain't there where can I get a swing around rack to put on the back like the FFFFFFFFFFFF, whoa it's hard to say...FFFFFFFFord Bronco has? I couldn't find it in Chevy Duty.

most came with a triangle thing that mounted on the back passenger inside of the truck. That's about the only factory location I can think of. Mine is currently riding in the back of my truck and tends to go homicidale and try and kill me on quick stops. Not the best option. The boneyard might have some wrecked blazers laying around that will have the spare holder OR there are a couple of bumpers that are available to mount one OR you can get a swingaway carrier that mounts to the rear corner of the bed. I wouldn't advise the last one, I used to have one and it cracked the corner out of my truck something feirce.

there's a thread on this board about a custom built tire carrier. BB454 posted it, i think. do a search by spare tire.
the triangle thingie mounts in three spots: to the floor, the passenger side rear fender, and it uses one of the topper bolts.

In the product review section there is a review for the swing out tire carrier/bumper.
