alrighty the time has come- 1 more shot then it\'s off a cliff

We've put this off this week due to crappy weather- and now that its going to reach 45 today- we're ready to tackle the bleeding of the brakes- AGAIN

if you dont see me again- I forgot to jump prior to driving the /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif off the cliff. I'm going to try to remember, however I'm anal when it comes to seat belt use- so hopefully I can remember not to buckle when I get in.

I didn't think there were many cliffs around those parts. The best I could remember would be driving it off the top of Mt Washington, or Mt Monadnock!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Just as a little note... I thought that my brakes needed blead something fierce a while back and I couldn't get them to bleed, so I thought. Turns out it was a bad power booster. Might be something else to look into.

Let them gravity bleed for a while and it'll make your job a lot easier. Big deal, you waste some fluid. You save a lot of time.

maybe you missed something...the bleeders are rusted to my calipers- they WONT open/come off...
hence the reason there not bled!

you can get reman calipers from advanced auto for 15.00 each!! and the bleeders come out! money vs headache!

I'm a bit upset that the price on claipers is going up so high. They cost $12.49 about 2 years ago.

I got a cool idea take the top off then use a parachute /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
