I looked on the box, instructions, and online and could not find anywhere if there was a temperature requirement for spraying als liner. I am wanting to spray in my garage this saturday or sunday and dont want to waste my time if its not gonna set up right.
It is in the mid teens to 20s right now with snow on the ground. I have a propane heater, but am worried about the fumes in the air, so I would prefer to do it with the garage door opened.

I couldn't find anything either. It's a catalyzed mixture so it should setup when it's cold, but just take longer. I'd still try and get it above 40 while spraying since that's the minimum for lots of other coatings. You might try warming up the garage before so the metal is nice and warm, then spray it with the windows open. Once it's sprayed and the fumes have had a chance to dissapate, close up the windows and re-heat the area..
