I have had a CS-130 and the adapter pigtail laying around for several months that I just haven't got around to installing because I need to figure out a way to mount it.

Just curious what you guys have used? There's lots of technical info on what will work and won't, but unless I missed it not really any info on how to mount it.

alternator mount

I am assuming that you are trying to use a CS130 that has a front case half for a serpentine belt system. There are front cases that will let you bolt it in place of a 10/12SI. That's what I have on 2 of my trucks as the ones I have also use a larger bearing. As far as an adapter, I am no help except to fab your own.

You are correct......the local pull-a-part was picked over and I was only able to find this one with the serp setup. My v-belt pulley on my 10SI will swap over I've already test fit it. Figuring I might soley hear "fab your own" but figured WTH it was worth asking.

I was able to use the 10si bottom bracket (the piece that bolts to the case) with a little bit of grinding. For the top I just drilled a hole in the mounting ear that lined up with the 10si top mount and ran a nut and washer on the backside. Its not as easy to get in and out as when the case was taped for the top bolt but its not too hard either. The mounting ears on the cs130 I have are just 3/4" or so to wide but still fit under the top bracket.

This was all with the pontiac transport case with 180* mounting ears
