Help me fix the wireing problems please Haynes manuals suck for wiring and I am running out of ideas
Ok first altenator wasnt charging truck kept dieing tested it and got 54 at stud and brown wire and 10.5 at red on the dual connector. AZ tested it and said it was bad. Installed my rebuilt and it has 43 at stud and 43 at brown with 12.5 at red?
Then is the lights. Parking lights work. Headlights and turn signals wont work. Have power into and out of headlight switch. Ohmed out fuse box connector to plug ends and all is good. Useing LMC Euro Headlight kit. Only need signal to relays.
New Battery, Altenator, Headlight switch, Headlight kit, Battery terminals, 2 grounds on radiator support - 1 from frame to body - 1 battery to engine - 1 engine to body all sanded and reinstalled
