Hey, does anyone know what happened to these guys?

They had a writeup in 4wheel and offroad back in the May 2004 issue. Like a Klune box, but cheaper. Used the planetaries from nvg transfercases like the one found behind the ford powerstroke diesel. Was clockable also. It was called the Axis underdrive. I wonder if Klune bought them out to get rid of some competition? How hard would it be to put some minds together and build these? It HAS to be cheaper to make than 1500.00 It's also like 2 inches shorter than a 203 rangebox and adapter.
