Aluminum 2" weld in cap.

Non vented "O" ring seal. Works great for power steering resevoirs, radiator overflows or any other resevoir.

This cap can work for a non vented fuel tank cap with the application of a different type of "O" ring. We'll be adding that option soon.

For some installations a breather may be required. See our vent tube breathers for a solution to running your vent tubes up high and out of the debris.

We can also assist you with the body of just about any resevoir you made need to construct. We have 4" x .125 wall aluminum tube as well as 6" on hand. Rectangular shaped resevoirs we can also do in pretty much any size.

In most cases its easier to package up a rectangular resevoir.

Bracketry and mounting solutions are just a conversation away.

Boondockk5, I should have built one of these for the blazer wouldn't you say!

I neglected to get an overflow finished for my radiator before blazer bash which had Matt doing some wrenching on my junk trying to figure up a way to mount a makeshift overflow for the radiator. He did a good job while I stood there in my sleep deprived state wondering what to do to help. Ahhh, good times.
