Aluminum Hughes 4L80E deep pan

I have a brand new Hughes deep alu pan for a 4L80e, 2wd only according to the site. It adds 3-4 quarts extra capacity. It has no defects, etc and is ready to go. It has a factory installed drain plug as well. Looking to get $140 + shipping on it. I know new they retail for around 190-200$ before shipping, so my loss is your gain. Also included is a new filter for it.

appears you are right...not sure why it wouldn't fit some 4x4 applications. May have to do with all 80es being offered in IFS trucks cept 91 crew cabs...

Can you compare it to a regular pan? The only thing I can think of is that is is the cross member that causes issues. Im interested though.

the only regular pan i have is the one thats on the 80e in the blazer...so it may not be a fair comparison, but if i think about it during lunch tomorrow, i will try to snap a pic.

and heres a pic of my stock pan

the pan tapers up at the rear, this pan is flat and deeper all the way across. It MIGHT fit in my application with either dropping the x-member or modding it, but i dont think itll fit as it sits. Remember, Hughes claims it to only fit 2wd apps, but I know a guy that has an OBS 4x4 with an 80e and a deep alu pan (i believe its a hughes pan) so anything is obviously possible.

its got allen head bolts, lock washers, and filter as well.
