i paid using paypal last night. How long does it take..dang it, i want to see pics.

under your user name when you actually become a paid member. Sometimes it takes a while though after you pay, maybe a few days. There is a forum called "Feedback" if you scroll down a bit, posting things like this in there will increase the chances of the boss seeing it. And welcome to CK5

Hmmmm ..... I don't remember it taking a long time for me to get my membership.

Maybe a MOD can put in a word to the man? Seems too long to me.

when i renewed, i payed with paypal, i didn't have the money in my paypal account and i also didn't have a creit card listed so it took it out of my bank account. it took forever for paypal to clear it before i was renewed. seems like it took like 2 weeks, but that was because i did it on a friday and monday was a holiday which didn't count it the "work days" to clear.

i could have taken the money out of my account, got a money order and mailed it to steve faster than paypal took.

yea..should of did money order, but paypal emailed me saying the transfer was completed, and i already see the charge in my bank account. MORE pics pauly

if you send an "echeck" through paypal it takes up to 4 business days to clear, and then whatever time it takes ck5 to do thier thing.

I get this question a lot, so let me explain the process, if you join using a credit card it is instant.
If you join using PayPal "and" you have at least 25.00 in your paypal account it is also instant, but if you join using PayPal and you don't have 25.00 in your paypal account it takes up to 4 days because paypal has to contact your bank and then wait for your bank to send funds back to paypal and then paypal back to CK5, so that is why the wait sometimes.

I think when I joined/renewed that was the case. I'm pretty sure I used a CC w/ my pay pal, so that's probably why I don't remember any lag time at all.
