Well since I never made one when I started here we go.

I've owned this bastard for about 5 years now.

Been fixing it up since last fall.

Heres all the pics I've taken since I started

Bought a set of Vortec heads for $100 around christmas

Ended up being cracked so I traded for a set of 193's

That's all I have for right now.

Engine should be making its way back into the K5 tomorrow.


Hopefully if all goes well it may be fired.

Dunno haven't used it in 4 years.

Didn't have much of a charge on it when I pulled teh hoses either.

Got the engine back in.

Need to put the distributor back in, some spark plugs, finish the cooling system, throw my tranny cooler on and throw the battery in and it should be ready to fire up

This last week I installed a Edelbrock Performer intake. and I have to say it feels like its running a whole lot stronger!

I also installed some LS1 fans
