Yeah, the writing is definitely middle-school. Random capitalization, odd word choice... I mean, I donno, maybe the author isn't natively an English speaker. (Can you say that about people from Arkansas?)

Not really sure what E.T.C. is an acronym for ... etc. is a contraction of "et cetera", so maybe that's what they meant =))

I just hope the engineering is better... and I didn't see any evidence of that in a brief tour of the site
