Under the seat keeps them out of the way, but my seats get hot after a while. I guess 800 watts of amps will do that.
 
For dual tanker truck theres only usefull space in the middle of the cab IMO, my truck is a dual tanker as well, bech seat i assume, yeah go behind the seat, do you carry stuff behind the seat? size of the amp, sub box??

may eventually put a sub in (maybe a single 10" 4 ohm, i have 150x1 at 4ohm available).


Only think i need behind my seat is my pool cue, beyond that i dont need anything there, planned to make a mount for it actually haha.
 
You just need to make sure where ever you mount it that there is plenty of airflow to keep the amp cool.
 
My old set up was a single cab sub box with a 12" and the amp was attached to the sub box with some angled pieces of metal i had this set up for like 5 years and never had an issue
 
i got no problem building a mount for it. currently just got my 6x9s in the cab corners back there, just figuring out my next step.
