OK I know the AN size is 2/16" per size...i.e. -6 is 6/16 or 3/8"

But what are the threads for an AN radius port size...my Walbro pump has a 5/8-18 threaded fitting with an Oring for the inlet port, and a 3/8-24 threaded fitting w/ oring for the outlet...The info I've seen for a -6AN threaded fitting is 9/16-18 and for a -10AN is 7/8-18 thread???

ANybody know for sure?

Got that, but what I'm not able to see for buying a fitting, is what size AN relates to straight Oring type thread size....I measure 5/8 od of the threaded fitting to the pump with a TPI of 18...so is that -10AN? or -8AN or what....Summit and Jegs list them only by AN size and not by the thread size and count per inch. Confusing me up here?

Nothing I can find even list the two sizes you have for o-ring boss fittings...

Only fitting Im finding the use them thread sizes are inverted flare

You have there is ORB. O ring boss. Very very common. I have drawers full of them at work. I'm driving back home from the mine right now I'll follow up when I can

here is the pump kit I have from FAST...it is their 600hp kit. Not sure who makes the pump for them.

The yellow fitting is the inlet side of the pump....the barb is 3/8" and the threads are 18tpi and about .620 od.
The red fitting is the outlet side of the pump...the flare is -6AN and the threads are .375 x 24tpi

as the pump is in the pic the top port is the inlet, and the bottom is the outlet.

Luke, I am not sure about od of threads but the thread count I listed fits my thread gauges exact!

I will look at the pump a little better shortly...I'm at work right now, I'll post a pic of it and a little more detailed info on it.

Heres the note from the summit website..

Incudes 3/8 in. nipple fitting for inlet to and 5/8-18 in. inverted flare fitting for outlet to connect to 3/8 in. hard line.

So you would need to use the fitting next to the one circled in yellow, then use a 5/8-18 inverted flare fitting to what ever size AN line you want to run for the inlet...

The outlet should already be a fitting for a -06 AN line....

here is what I have...

The pump inlet threads are straight, and measure .575 id
The fitting that threads into that inlet measures .620 od with a TPI of 18

The pump outlet threads are straight and measure .334 id
The fitting that threads into that outlet measures .368 od with a TPI of 24

The pump is made in USA and has numbers of 1207, 1572A no manufacturer stamping on the outer plastic jacket.

It does look like the Carter pump listed above.

I would like to find a fitting with this thread 5/8-18, and a -8AN male for the inlet side.

Here is what I got in my kit, I don't see the other mentioned fitting, and don't think that would do me any good anyway.

Pump inlet and outlet as well.

I'm sure I can get you some inlet fittings from our bulk drawers. I know -10orb to -8jic is in there. I can mail you some.

What exactly do you want for the outlet?
