i only have half of one stil hangin on .. i cant tell if its like a 6 or 8 or?...well what degree to make the new ones and should i mill allumium or steel? weld back on or just rely on the bolt through middle? THANKS!!

If you have a cv shaft 2* shouldn't hurt. I would just use the center bolt, but I suppose it depends on what you plan to do with the truck. If you have half you should be able to figure based on the upper (or lower) portion you have left if you have a protractor and a straight edge though.

You could always measure the other side too, seeing as you may as well make two considering one broke in half

Aluminum should hold up, but again that depends on what you want to do. Steel is cheap and easy to come by.
