another antiwrap bar ?

Very crappy pic below. but hope it give you the idea. I have seen them built both ways. One the top bar is tied to the shackle and the other the bottom bar is tied to the shackle. Which one is stronger and why.

I would think they are both pretty equal in strength but i would go ahead and stick with the top design merely for ground clearance.

If it's welded properly, there is no difference.
